Dingtaifeng / 鼎泰丰 is considered to have the best xiaolongbao / 小笼包. there are multiple locations across China, Taiwan, and even in LA.

my friends brought me for my birthday, and it was one of the best birthday dinners ever. we had a cucumber appetizer, pork, chicken, and truffle xiaolongbao / 小笼包, leek and mushroom dumplings, shaomai / 烧卖, pork fried rice, shrimp fried rice, and sticky rice.
